After working with several well-known agencies and advertising consultants, our team was brought in to decrease CPA, increase conversions, and scale the offer past $1,000 / day in ad spend.
During the initial consultation, it was identified that the client’s biggest concern was that her front-end numbers never matched up with the numbers in her bank account.
The first thing we did was audit the account and validate the data. We identified several problems with tracking and reporting that inhibited our ability to confidently scale.
It was discovered that previous advertisers had set up the purchase conversion event on every step of the funnel. This led to both a misleading purchase volume and CPA.
As a result, we removed the extra and unnecessary pixel events so that we could identify, validate, and track true CPA. This allowed us to then identify what was needed to hit the client’s target CPA and revenue goals.
Within three weeks of implementing these changes, we were able to confidently scale the client’s offer beyond $1,000 / day in ad spend and report true daily profit for the business.
Sidenote: Unfortunately for us, and even though we achieved the results the client was looking for, the client believed that the true problem with her offer was not the discrepancies we identified but rather that we needed to refresh creative more frequently.
You may notice we don’t talk about or name our clients publicly, ever. Many clients choose to work with us because everything we do is held in the strictest of confidence.
